you can do so within 3 days of receiving it,
as long as it is in as-new condition, unworn, unaltered, uncolored, lace uncut, hair uncut, and tags are not removed. This 3-day return
policy starts when your item is received from the shipping carrier and includes weekends.
Exchanges are free, and we offer a wide selection of items to choose from. If you need help finding the right product please do not

To initiate a return or exchange, please log into your account,

You must ship the item back to us within 3 days of receipt, in the original packaging with tags attached, to qualify for a return or
exchange.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees or restocking fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders shipped via the free shipping option will lose the free shipping trait upon refund or exchange
and shipping fees and costs will be deducted when a refund or exchange is applicable
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Cap size adjustment fees,
custom measurement fees, adding pieces for the cap construction, and wig secure method costs are not refundable.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or items that have been altered in any way.
Additionally, any odor on the item will render it ineligible for return or exchange, a restocking fee may apply.
Custom orders are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged. All custom sizing alterations outside
of our standard sizing (small, medium, and large), removal of hair (pre-plucking) and/or wefts, front lace cut,
special coloring and cutting,
and other custom cap adjustments, are considered "custom orders", and may not be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
